Thank you for your posting!!! It was by mistake that we got referred to that clinic in the first place; we had meant to get a referral to a different clinic. I am so sorry to hear of the ""malpractice"" if that is what it is? Have you made a medical board complaint? Our experience: office staff lazy, lazy, lazy and incompetent to the max. I had the displeasure of speaking with both Cristy and Lei Lani. What small people! Lei Lani's excuse for her incompetence is that she has been incompetent for 25 years and this is how she does things. They were just horrible and rude. I decided to review and post. I absolutely totally believe Michael Z.'s post. I am glad we dodged this bullet.
