I ordered a hello kitty bouncer this past weekend and similar to the posting in December from Canoga Park the bouncer banner was damaged. The banner was not sticking to the velcro and without the banner the bouncer area looked dirty and old. The delivery guy didn't know what to do and asked if I had tape. I called the 800 number and spoke to Jeff. Jeff said his driver needs to get tape and get on the road to deliver the other bouncers. I told him i wasnt satisfied with the bouncer and he kept saying he has to deliver other bouncers. Jeff didn't even offer to apologize for the inconvenience or offer to bring another one he kept saying his driver needed to get out of there to deliver the other bouncers. My husband and neighbor had to tape the banner twice on their own, several times throughout the event. more
