Repair guy (Dennis) came out Nov. 6th to fix our fridge which wasn't working properly. He defrosted the freezer & charged us $150. Said to call him back if it still wasn't working correctly & he would apply the $150 towards any parts needed. Called him back the following week & after many calls & messages, he finally called back & said he would set up an appointment. We never heard back from him. Called & left many more messages. Here we are 3 months later & we still haven't heard from him! \r

Horrible business & a major rip off! \r
Should've seen all the BBB complaints against them before I called.
