I've had service work done by Grants and was always happy/content with services rendered. The last transaction I sold a 2001 Ford Focus w/ a blown motor and a bad rear passanger window regulator which held the window up with a locking pliers. I called to get my tool back. I take car of all my tools religiously. I called them to get it back but they didn't want to take the door panel off. One of the easiest door panels to remove. The whole thing would've taken 5-10 minutes. I was treated very rude by two of the three employees I talked to. Did excellent work but the customer service lacked alot after the money was paid. Never going there again to get work done. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!
