Awful! Avoid at all costs! Dr. Kalika messed up my perfect bite when he put on the braces because he used metal ring bands on the molars, even though the problem was with the front teeth. Because of the metal bands, my molars not only turned inward at an angle, but the food was also constantly being caught up in the space between the molars and the metal bands. I told this to Dr. Kalika on several occasions, but each time he arrogantly smiled and said that it is fine. When he took off the bands, I had to do fillings on all four molars (upper and lower) because of the food constantly getting in the tiny spaces between the bands and the molars for several years. Dr. Kalika did not want to take any responsibility and told me that ""that's normal to have fillings"". Really?! On all four molars because of the bands?! I went to another orthodontist for a second opinion and he could not understand why Kalika put the bands in the first place. Avoid this doctor, Kalika and his staff are greedy scums and if they screw you up, they will never admit it or take any responsibility for their mistakes!
