I am a 17 year old girl and I was not familiar with the area, I was going prom dress shopping with my friend and within 10 minutes my car was being towed away! The man said that there were signs everywhere that said I could not park there... however, there was only one sign that had something to do with private parking, bur it was very unclear and far away from the spot that I was in. Like I said im a 17 year old girl, and this guy made me run to the closest atm around Towson by myself, to withdrawal 125 dollars from my account. It is ridiculous and the biggest scam!
