I had my 2006 Hyundai Tucson towed in to figure out what was wrong with the computer. It turned out to be a wire that corroded through and shorted it out. Instead of trying several expensive repairs that wouldn't have fixed it, they took the time to go over it carefully and find the real issue. I was kept well informed of what was found and what was being done the entire time. Everyone was fantastic to deal with! If I need dealer service again, I will literally go out of my way (there is another Hyundai dealer closer to me) to take my vehicle to Heritage!
