Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners is awesome! I work right next door so their services are very convenient to me. They did an excellent job from start to finish. This was my first time using them and they were very thorough and professional. They guided me through all of my options and truly did an amazing job getting some nasty stains out of my rugs. They also packaged them up perfeclty for me so that I could store them. Everything about my experience as positive. Everyone there is friendly, accommodating, and very organized. I'd strongly recommend them.
