I'm very pleased with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners. They have cleaned three rugs for me and have always done an excellent job. They were able to get some really big stains out which I really appreciated. They're punctual, friendly, and thorough. Their prices are very competitive.
I like that they notify me promptly whenever the rugs are ready. Their followup is very professional and accommodating. I'll definitely be using them again since their service has been reliable and consistent.
