Mr John Buchanan saved the sale because my wife and I literally walked out of the dealership insulted and upset. Mr. Buchanan called us back and convinced me he could get us a offer and deal we'd be happy with. He was right and we walked out satisfied and happy with a 2013 purchase!!! We purchased 4 vans and 1 car from the dealership before it became Napleton's and were always happy. And now 1 purchase with Napleton thanks to Mr. Buchanan.
