Bumi was absolutely great. I came in looking for a used Honda CR-V (ironically), and after test driving it I was less than pleased. I communicated my budget, and my displeasure with the vehicle and Bumi was extremely helpful in finding me something else. I walked out with a brand new 2014 Ford Focus well within my budget, thanks to Bumi and his incredible customer service. He was extremely kind and helpful, and listened to every one of my needs. I am super satisfied with my purchase and couldn't thank him enough for the strings he pulled for me!
