Dr. Oifer is extremely caring and thorough. He has the latest technology available for an eye exam. In my case he found a problem abd referred me ti a great MD (Opthomalogist0 who treated and resoloved my problem. I wnt back to Dr. Oifer's for my glasses. The service offered was much better than I received at other Eyeglass providers.
