I was doing laundry and noticed after a few loads that our drain was very slow and we had water on the floor. We usually require yearly maintenance visits, but this was a bit sooner than a year since the last time. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Terry out. He worked hard to clear the lines and was very friendly and knowledgeable. When it backed up again a few days later, we decided to have a camera run through the outside pipes. This was scheduled in a timely manner. Mike was very thorough. He showed us the video and explained that we had roots in our lines from the house out to the street. He in turn scheduled a hydro-flush for the very next day to take care of this problem once and for all. John arrived on a very cold morning with a prediction of snow to arrive anytime and explained what he was about to do. He worked hard using the camera to find the affected spots and flush out ALL of the roots. We are very happy with the service that we were provided by St. Louis South Roto Rooter. The technicians were all trustworthy and professional. Each had communicated with the previous technician prior to coming so that they could perform their work effectively. The cost of the service was clearly stated prior to them commencing work. I recommend them to everyone.
