This service in two words: OBNOXIOUS and DISGUSTING! The employees (far from ladies) working behind the counter were snooty, for no apparent reason. Instead of asking customers in a polite and respectful manner if they needed help, they seemed to yell to them. This is the face of the ups store, what happened?! If you are so obviously miserable WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE OR STAY HOME! And darling Steph, they make a product called shampoo, someone should tell you, may as well be me. \r
