We have used Tesson Roofing & Exteriors twice now. The first time we contacted Tesson, we thought we needed a new roof. Tesson did a diagnostic and said we didn't, so they saved us a lot of money.
Recently, they came to patch our roof. I called them and immediately got a person on the phone. I set an appointment, they gave me a bid and then did the work. They were timely, and everyone we worked with was friendly. We would recommend them.
