I purchased this session through Groupon. I called before purchasing to get more information. During my appointment the therapist made me feel comfortable and explained what to expect since this was my first hydro therapy experience. My session was about 45 minutes long. The appointment went as expected it was my first hydro therapy session. I felt a relief of worry that I was able to have a successful cleansing. It varies person to person but I followed the instructions and recommendations of diet and self care before my appointment. \r
I have a chronic problem with candida overgrowth and this type of therapy was recommended by a friend. I will have to schedule more sessions to see the long term benefits of the therapy but as for immediate benefits after the session I felt lighter and a sense a relief. I had also felt a boost of energy that same day. I am confident that this therapy will help my condition in the future. I recommend this place.
