I've been going to Duty Automotive for at least ten years now. My prior mechanic retired in the '70s, and because he and Jack Duty were friends he recommended me to Duty Automotive. Since then, I've been going to Jack whenever anything goes wrong with my car. Hes pretty much done everything for me, from brake work to maintenance. He's great at diagnostics. I appreciate how honest he is. I once left my car with him for a while, and he said there was nothing wrong with it and didn't charge me anything even though he took the time to look at it. I appreciate his honesty. He definitely knows what he's doing, and it means a lot not only when you've been using the same mechanic for ten years, but also when that mechanic has to fight customers off. I'd highly recommend him.
