I was upgraded from a full size car to premium at same rate. I rent from enterprise often and love their service. Treat their customers as if they want you to come back. Car was washed and clean. The staff was very helpful and answer all your questions. I will go back there again.Love Enterprise over other car rentals I have had over the years.
