I find the front desk staff to be very uncooperative in dealing with long time clients such as myself. I had gone there with my previous dog for nearly 18 years even though the prices were higher than other vets around. So when I got a new puppy, it was natural to go back because of the familiarity of Dr. Mallock. However the staff refuses to fax my invoices to my pet insurance company even though I supplied them with a dozen claim forms. I am looking to change vets for all upcoming visits because apparently a long time client is not of any value to them. Needless to say, I will be passing my experience on to all my friends and associates.
