Well, I had a nice experience with Alamo. I had used Budget previously and they seem to run on such skeleton crews to keep prices down that I had to find my car in a lot with no lights, and then couldn't find the buttons in the car because it was so dark. As well, had to wait an hour in line to pick up my car because only one person was on duty. The car was dirty inside and still had people's snack trash inside.\r

Nothing like this at Alamo. I walked up and was greeted with a smile and friendly demeanor. I was handed my keys in less than two minutes. I then walked to the lot and received my car just as quick. Drop off was also quick. The car was spotless too. I will be using them again. I didn't have the problems the other person did that had a tire go out so I can't comment on their customer service during problems. So, I have to recommend them.
