Alonzo came to our home and repaired our sewer drain for us. He was unable to arrive until later in the afternoon, but stayed and completed the job . He did excellent work and took pictures of the damaged pipe for us. He kept us informed of his progress while he was working and showed us where the problem areas were as he was working. We were quite pleased with the work done and would definitely consider calling Roto-rooter again!
