We had an accident, got towed to the guys and the car was fixed by the next day. The repairs were in a place that dishonest mechanics could have easily misled us and ripped us off, but not the Auto Rem guys. We know that what they say is the truth and given at reasonable prices. We don't think twice about taking our cars to them.
