I've been a customer for decades, starting with his Dad, who was my restaurant's plumber. I recently needed a new water softener, and they promptly installed one for hundreds less than my old water treatment company quoted, and it's a better system. It's a pleasure to deal with companies like this, who have both skill and integrity. Nice guys, too.
