A short while ago I would not have recommended Alaskan due to poor management and service delivery. I recently gave them a second chance since they have new management and technicians, I have to say that there is a noticeable difference. They were punctual, professional and willing to help me rectify the issues from the previous visit. The new manager, Gary, is doing a great job reaching out and making things right, really appreciate that. I'm a big supporter of local businesses so I will continue supporting these guys, as long as good services and management continue.
