This location has a good selection of autos but as a frequent renter of national, this is the 1st time I've experienced all the cars are locked up. Even if your an Emerald customer you must go up to a second counter outside, do the paperwork and get the keys. I understand the security aspect of this but if it's cold out, as it was when I was there, be ready! The procedure is not a fast one either. My flight from Atlanta actually was faster than the rental pick up procedure!
