Robert called ahead of time and informed me about the heavy traffic (it was snowing) causing a delay. He still arrived within the window announced. He was very thorough and checked the furnace and informed me what he was doing and why. I learnt so much about my furnace! He gave some tips about what I can do to maintain the furnace too. Thank you Robert and thanks to All Weather Heat and Cooling for coming by on such short notice and taking away my worries about the furnace.
