As in the past, the visit and care was excellent. Everything from the courteous and professional reception to the excellent and thorough cleaning to checkout. I had some extra staining apparently due to a Crest oral rinse (antigingivitis, etc.) which I just started using several months ago due to some inflammation/irritation that occurred in an exposed root area. I recently noticed on the bottle at an inconspicuous location that the product could cause staining. The hygienist explained this can happen and suggested using the solution or another sample she provided just on the bothersome exposed root area and not using the product as a general rinse as the instructions on the bottle suggest. And the hygienist worked very hard and patiently to remove the stain which had to be quite challenging and was very professional, patient and pleasant during what had to be a difficult task for her.
