We have lived in home for 1 year, its not a new home just new to us. We took over the Bug out contract when we purchased the home. Not being from Florida I have a real issue with bugs. Since, we were leaving doors open during the move bugs came in. Well James came out and sprayed and got rid of them. I explained my issue to him. He never made me feel bad just reassured me that he will take care of it. He is sooo nice and is always happy! I would recommend James and Bug out to anyone! James is AWESOME!
