My salesman was helping me find a used car. After test driving a Kia Sorento. I discovered several small issues with the car. I was brought to the sales manager. When I informed him of the defects he proceeded to pull out a check list of the car and told me the ISSUES I WAS HAVING HAVE ALREADY BEEN FIXED. What an insult. I didn't even bother walking him out to the car and show him the mirrors don't work. I guess if the sheet of paper says everything is ok them it must be right. Talk about undermining a salesperson. Good luck trying to get my business and making up for this one!
