I explained my experience (car did not start)and also shared what AAA said. The Kerner Krew took over and in a short while, I received a call with the diagnosis and authorized the work to be done.
In a matter of a couple of hours, my new starter was installed and my car was ready to go.
This is my second experience with the Kerner Krew and there will be many more because I am nursing along a 2002 Ford Taurus with 276,000+ miles and want to keep it going for as long as possible.
The Kerner Krew is my pit crew!!!!!!!!!!
