We have been bringing ours cars to Imperial for just over a year now since a coworker recommended them. I couldn't be more happy to have finally found a repair facility I can trust. Having been in the retail side of the auto business for over 20 years I have seen so pretty shady operations. If more people knew about Imperial these other places wouldn't last long. As busy as Loren is when there is anything he needs to get personally involved in he does. They honor there warrantee they give on there repairs better than any garage I have dealt with in the past. When I have had an emergency they come through in the clutch. My battery died without warning late one Friday afternoon. I arrived at Imperial less than 30 minutes before they closed and some of the staff had gone home already. They still managed to get me a new battery and have me on the way that night. Weather you need repairs or maintenance Imperial is the best place in the valley to take your vehicle.
