Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery is wonderful and I have no complaints. I live about an hour from where they are and they still came to pick up my rugs for cleaning. One time they even honored a 20 percent coupon I had, which saved me a lot of money. The staff is very responsive and they do a great job cleaning rugs. And when the rugs are done, they deliver them to your house and help lay them out.
