While the visit from the technician was a regular twice a year check-up, I continued to have a very loud noise on my new A/C when the A/C shut down. Previously, the technicians who check the A/C could find nothing wrong with the system, even though they agreed the sound was too loud to be reasonably compared to the normal operation of an Trane A/C. Ibrahim quickly found the cause being the fan in the outdoor unit and corrected the problem where the sound now is barely discernible.
