Although I had no problems with the technician, I did with the customer service (or should I say the automated phone system). When I called to schedule a service tech to come out your system referred me to your web sight. When I scheduled a time for your tech to come out I left both my phone number and my email but never got a confirmation message through either one. I had to call back a few day later. When I called I didn't know if I would get through to a real person. Fortunately I did and was able to successfully schedule a service tech for the next day. You need to check your web sight for proper operation and get back to me please.
