Fusions Cuisine helped make our wedding really fantastic. We did our wedding without a planner, so it was great to know that Blaise, one of the co-owners, was so reliable and helpful. At no point during the week of the wedding did we need to worry about anything related to chairs, tables, and most importantly, the food!
We wanted to do a family-style dinner with South and East Asian cuisines, and Jim (the other co-owner and executive chef) did a fantastic job putting together a menu that all of our guests raved about. They advised us against some choices that might not play well with an older crowd, and suggested some incredible dishes that we hadn't previously considered.
The food at the event was absolutely fantastic. We were so pleased with Fusions, and I could not more strongly recommend that you talk to them about any event that you might be planning.
