Brought a 2001 Tundra into EAT to have some long-overdue service done. My POC was Frank and from the first moment, he made it clear that they were interested in providing the best possible service without the typical added-on hogwash that so many auto maintenance companies do.
My vehicle was serviced as required with Frank keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs. They appropriately identified additional repairs that needed to be done, fixed those that needed it and deferred those that didn't need fixing at that time.
It was a pleasure taking my vehicle there.
