3 complaints:
1) It took much longer than it said it would to get here so I didn't get it in time for Christmas
2) For some reason, you seemed to have to order 2 pics of each - this didn't make sense
3) The pics come as part of a big sheet of paper with no perforation or anything, so then you have to figure out how to cut them so they look good. This is not a good product.
