Stay away from the ACCESS day program at Rauch, especially if you have a nonverbal loved one. The supervision/supervisor is terrible! Our loved one was being ""cared for"" by an excashier from KMart who did not know anything on how to care for a person like our loved one! She did not have any special education, degree, or years of experience to be taking care of our loved one. It was a total disaster!! So consumer/clients beware, this is a good place to stay away from if you don't want anything to happen to your loved one!
