I have a friend who took her car to Aamco Bellevue about 6 weeks ago. They kept the car for 2 weeks! They have been rude, un-co-operative, and Still car is not fixed. They have been a total scam. Now her car shakes badly when put in park or at a stoplight! The wheel actually vibrates your hands. A technician told her the motor mounts they put in were too big, hence the shaking. They have moused her around so much and she finally got in touch with a district manager in Calif. he says he will help, but my confidence level is zero after the way they have treated her! Just look up the franchise based company on the Internet and you will see ALL the dishonest and horrible business practices they encourage! The BBB of Wash. State even has an alert on Aamco! They are not accredited with BBB. What a scam company!
