Interesting there are so few reviews. I've been a customer for 15 years and the shortage of reviews led me to add my voice. We purchased a low-end tub years ago and have been pleased with Pacific Spa's service. We replaced the cover several years ago and were likewise satisfied. There have been a number of service calls on the spa and they have usually been friendly and efficient. Our spa is nearing the end of its design life and I will definitely include Pacific Spas on my short list to shop at.\r
