I Love Kickboxing Newark is amazing!! Fantastic workout that will leave you dripping in sweat! Classes are great you will have so much fun! The instructors are hands down the best, super friendly and very knowledgable. I would recommend ILKB classes to anyone and everyone. You'll be hooked after the first class...it's that addicting!
