I took my car in because of unusual rough noises and asked for a tune-up. They checked and called back to tell me the problem was my AC, not a tune-up issue. I suspected this when I took the car in, so I wasn't surprised. Instead of offering to repair my AC AND tune-up the car (double dipping) the Cornerstone representative (Gene?) suggested I might want to get the AC repaired and put off the tune-up. Obviously, he wasn't simply working to make a bigger payday; he was working for my best interest. This is why I go back to Cornerstone.
