I've needed glasses for years. I procrastinated. Enter Racquel. She took the time to sit with me and figure out which frames would make me feel more comfortable. She explained why glasses would help my vision. She made sure I saw the doctor before going forward. After I saw the doctor I was worried about something and she came back into the office just to see me and sat with me until it was addressed. \r

This is more than a business. Racquel and the doctor make you feel like they really care about you. In the end, my husband got polarized glasses and I got a pair of prescription glasses. Racquel will also be making me a pair of polarized prescription sunglasses. More importantly, she made sure that all of my concerns about my eyes were addressed. There were many times, she could have upsold me (I asked her for her opinion a lot), and she didn't. She advised me as to what I needed and told me when to spend money and when to save it. I'm really grateful that we met her.
