Dropped my car off for routine warranty maintenance, and was acknowledged and greeted kindly by the weekend staff. They had a loaner car readily available per our prior arrangement when I made my appointment. My car was done in about 2 hours which was absolutely fantastic and took me by surprise. I always enjoy doing business with University VW, they actually care and I never feel hassled, pressured, or ill-treated. Thanks University VW! I look forward to seeing you again in another 10,000 miles.
