I actually had a very positive experience with owner, Krysten (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly).  She was also gracious in extending my friend a lay-a-way option and delayed payment AND a discount!  \r

People need to understand that small business owners conduct their business via phone, in person, etc.  She was busy with a contractor on my second visit and I totally understood that she needs to take care of business.  I used the time to browse through her shop.  :-)
