Called to pickup donation, driver drove up hopped out of the truck, Never loaded anything left out for pickup. I have been to the store here in amarillo, the furniture I left was is better than what they are selling at the store. I had boxes of household items a set of dishes, clothing a good sewing machine. Not one box was taken or even looked in. For a company who depends on donations very poor service. I will never call or donate again!
