We are from Canada and actually met Scott Rodgers on the shuttle to the car rental from MIA. We got to talking with Scott and found him to be such a straight forward trustworthy individual that once we found out his profession we jumped in to see if we could utilize his services. He gave us his email, we emailed him details, we paid on line and his office emailed back everything we needed along with how we had to proceed and where we had to take the paperwork!
