DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Howell's Carpet Cleaning, They do NOT care about customer satisfaction, the quality of their work was poor and they refused to discount the bill to match the quality of service that was provided. If you must do business with them then protect yourself & Do NOT endorse your check for cash as they demand. Do NOT pay them before the cleaning is complete and an inspection of their work is completed. The owners are bullies!
