We have been happy Kia owners for over 3 years.
I was shocked to learn that "Jerry" the service manager had been replaced.
Jerry was always cheerful, efficient, and always thanked us & told us that he appreciated our business.
I don't know what happened, but from what we saw , he was awesome!
He was always moving quickly, friendly, welcoming, professional and appreciative.
