I actually worked with Schoenfelder Renovations years ago when I was in college, so I know the history of the business. I saw how everyone, from the project manager to the president of the company, responded to customer questions and comments throughout the whole process. It was always easy to get an answer if you had a question. They're very customer, and customer satisfaction, oriented.
I called them when I had some damage from wind and hale from a summer storm. They installed new roofing, windows and siding. They also did some painting, and they did it all in the last few months. Everything went well, and for the most part everything went according to the plans and timelines that were communicated to me before the work started. The work was done through an insurance claim, and the whole process was pretty hands off in regards to my interacting with the insurance company. Schoenfelder dealt directly with them, shouldering the responsibility of dealing with them.
Prior to that work, I had them do some exterior painting. So I knew what kind of work they did and the kind of contractors they use for exterior house painting. Because of that experience, I was very comfortable using them for general contracting work.
They are very customer satisfaction focused and want to do what is right for the customer or homeowner. They will go to great lengths to make sure you are happy before they leave the job site on a daily basis as well as before finishing the whole job. I would recommend them because they make sure you get what you were told you were going to get and that you're happy before the work is done. They are driven to get the job done right!
